Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed on any of our products at Cherokee Reprographics Inc.

For a period of six months from the purchase of any of our toner cartridges, we guarantee that under normal use and storage conditions, your product will perform to your satisfaction.  

If you are not satisfied with your product, please call a sales representative at Cherokee Reprographics, Inc.  We promise to resolve your problem quickly or refund your money.

In addition, we also warrant that under normal use and service conditions your Cherokee Reprographics toner cartridge, printer ribbon, or ink jet cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the printer, copier, or faxed machine in which the product is used.

In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, we will replace or refund the cost of the faulty supply item, and repair, or reimburse you for charges assessed for the repair or service of your machine.  All you have to do is provide us with a written statement detailing the cause of damage on the service company's letterhead, signed and dated by the company's management, and a copy of the work order and or invoice.  We will quickly process your claim.

Cherokee Reprographics, Inc. liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement, repair, or reimbursement as provided above.  This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.
