Why Return My Empty Cartridges
Cherokee Reprographics, Inc. sells its cartridges on the honor system.  We sell the cartridge to you the client, with the knowledge that you will send the empty back to us, at no cost to you.  The return of this empty is important for several reasons of which are listed here.

1.  It is environmentally sound to return cartridges that are empty.  These empties are reusable, and can continue  to bring quality print to you or other customers at a low price.

2.  Your pricing reflects the savings from the returned cartridge.  In order to not accept your returns an added fee of $10 would be assessed on your bill per cartridge.

3.  It allows us the ability to get better product at a lower price for you the consumer.  If said empties are not returned the expense of maintaining empties for remanufacturing to you becomes more difficult and costly.

 

Empty Return Policy
When any cartridge is purchased from Cherokee Reprographics Inc. a return label is issued.  Unless otherwise informed by Cherokee Reprographics, and empty is considered to be on it's way back to us via UPS.

In The Event Empties Are Received

When said empties are received by Cherokee Reprographics Inc. your obligation is done.  You will be assessed no extra monies on your bill, and that sale on your account will be closed at payment of bill.

In The Event Empties Are Not Received

If within 60 days of receiving your order we do not receive your empties via UPS, we will call you to to remind you to send them back to us. 

After 90 days we will assume the empties are not coming back, and asses a core charge on your invoice of $10 per cartridge not returned.  If after this time you return said empties to us, we will then remove the charge from your invoice.

 

We have done our best to make retuning empties as easy as possible.  If you have any questions or comments feel free to call or email us.  We appreciate your business, but it is absolutely necessary to obtain the empties back from our customers, it keeps costs down, and prices low.
